Our mission is simple

Make government certificate applications easy, accessible and reliable for every resident of Uttar Pradesh.

  1. Free guidance and document checklistsLive

    Eligibility checks and the exact document list for Domicile, Income, Caste and EWS certificates, verified against the UP e-District Portal.

  2. Plain-language certificate guidesLive

    Published guides covering eligibility, documents, portal steps, fees and validity for each certificate, updated when the rules change.

  3. Online application filingLive

    Apply, upload documents once, pay, and have a field agent file the application for you, with live status on every stage. This is what the apply journey on this site walks through.

  4. DigiLocker auto-fillLive

    Verify once with DigiLocker and your name, date of birth, gender and address are filled into the form for you. Documents are still uploaded as photos or PDFs.

  5. Certificate deliveryLive

    When your certificate is issued we notify you, you download it from your profile, and the printed copy is couriered to your home.

  6. Full Hindi interfaceLive

    Every screen, form field and notification in Hindi, not just the marketing pages.

  7. CertiSetu mobile appIn build

    iOS and Android, with document capture from the camera and push notifications on status changes.

  8. More certificate typesPlanned

    Character and Birth certificates, subject to the departmental process being stable enough for us to promise a timeline.
