Proof of the reservation category you belong to: SC, ST or OBC. It records the caste of your father or guardian and the category that follows from it, so the proof you rely on has to be in their name rather than your own. The most common rejection
Write the community exactly as the notified list spells it rather than the local variant. That one field is queried more often than anything else on the form.
Six things that decide whether a file moves or comes back.
The name, the father's name and the address have to read identically on every document you upload. A mismatch between the Aadhaar spelling and the ration card sends more applications back from the Baghpat Tehsil than any other single reason.
